Razer synapse doesnt detect kraken v3 x headset on startup

I have the same problem . 
I disconnect and reconect the dogle . Connect it with cable nothing 

. it reads my kraken v3 pro after reinstalling synapse . 
 

in synapse beta it doesn’t appear at all

For me it works, i woke up in the morning and it magicly works. Maybe because i plugged it from behind in computer last night

Never mind, it doesnt work anymore. Razer pls fix
