I have razer mouse basilisk v3 and headset kraken v3 x

On startup razer synapse recognize my mouse but it doesnt recognize headset until i unplug and plug it back in computer,  is there a way to fix it?

I have the same problem . 
I disconnect and reconect the dogle . Connect it with cable nothing 

 

. it reads my kraken v3 pro after reinstalling synapse . 
 

in synapse beta it doesn’t appear at all

For me it works, i woke up in the morning and it magicly works. Maybe because i plugged it from behind in computer last night

Never mind, it doesnt work anymore. Razer pls fix

If the device does not exist or the driver is already disabled and the issue persists, check for any Razer driver errors. You can use the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool if you see a driver issue.
