Hello Razer Community!
I got my headset yesterday and tried to install synapse v3 but it doesn't Detect my headset, I tried many things... I updated my driver / reinstalled / also tried version 2 / v3 beta / I watched many youtube videos but nothing works. I dont know how to fix this we cant use razer synapse with blackshark v2x ?

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X is not supported by Razer Synapse 3 or Synapse 2.0. If you need further assistance, PM me with your device serial number so I can verify its model. Have a great day!
