razer synapse doesnt detect my headset blackshark v2x

Hello Razer Community!
 

I got my headset  and tried to install synapse v3 but it doesn't Detect my headset, I tried many things... I updated my driver / reinstalled / also tried version 2 / v3 beta / I watched many youtube videos but nothing works. I dont know how to fix this we cant use razer synapse with blackshark v2x ?

Then it’s not synapse compatible.

Only USB headsets are synapse compatible.

Yes, you can request a Code here:  https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6052/~/7.1-surround-sound-activation-support

But overall it should have scratch card inside box.

Any errors? Or any logs in windows event viewer?

in the task manager, in the processes, the application is started, but it does not turn on.
I tried to reinstall the application, to kill the processes in the task manager, to run the program as an administrator, but it didn't work

when I write in Windows run rzappengine.exe (from C:\Program Files\Razer\RzAppEngine). It will be like this

Looks like app bug that trying connect to some local(?) non existent page.

I’d uninstall 7.1 Surround app, then use this tool to remove any leftovers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj then restart PC. After PC restart download & install 7.1 Surround again (as administrator).

Btw. Is there any chance that antivirus or firewall is blocking the app?

Since none of the above helped me, and I tried a lot of things, I reinstalled Windows and the program works. Тhank you for your help
