Razer Synapse Failed to Start | Razer Insider

Hello,

I cannot get Razer Synapse to start. Whenever I try to launch it, it says failed to start. I have uninstalled the software 5 times. Manually deleted the Razer folder in my C drive and did a windows scan and check for updates. Any ideas on how to fix this ?
I'm investigating this at the moment, I think it may have something to do with .Net versioning on windows. Are you able to open the event viewer on your machine and look for errors under Window Logs > Application? The error I first get is:

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. The Razer Synapse could have not launched properly due to admin restrictions, firewalls, corrupted Synapse files, or a Windows is operating system-related issue. Please perform the steps from this link and see if it helps.
