Recently the Razer Synapse update has broken a few of my games, leading to '0xc0000409', '0xc00001a5' and '0xc0000005' error codes unless Windows 8 compatiblity mode is applied to bypass this problem.
Tried filling in the feedback form and it consistently resulted in the feedback form bouncing back and not going through. I'd like to ask if the latest Synapse update is completely broken, or the software update is backfiring so badly?
P.S. I've tried reinstallling Synapse and the same issue occurs. Not very decent experience when there's no other avenue of feedback to provide apart from MySupport.
