Razer Synapse for Xbox One on PC completely broken

When you open the app a pop up window telling you to update the software appears and nothing makes it go away. According to the reviews, I've seen this problem since as far back as Feb. Why does this app even exist in the first place? The only thing it uses is the Razer Wolverine, and Synapse 3 wont even pick it up. This is unacceptable, you're making customers download extra bloatware that is basically just a terrible extension of your main software and then it doesn't even work for months.

    The problem seems to be with their app. "There is a new application available for your device. Please download the latest version of Razer Wolverine for Xbox below." Clicking the link simply crashes the app and nothing happens.
