Razer Synapse Installation failed due to "Server access unavailable" | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

Hello I have just bought a Razer Deathadder v2 Pro and i am trying to install the razer synapse driver and it is not letting me install it always getting server access unavailable

What I have tried:

  • Restarting PC
  • Restarting router
  • Getting the razer preisntalled from other person and trying to start it
  • disabling FW and anti virus
  • running as administrator

Windows 11

I have the same problem, and apparently, it's recurring in users with Windows 11. There are a series of steps to solve it, but it should be corrected in the installer

I’m not sure if there is a solution for this yet, but I am also having the same issue on windows 10. I have been searching the internet for hours now and tried multiple “solutions” all of which still end with the same outcome. I also reached out to support so hoping to hear back from them soon.

I have tried it all telling the firewall to let it through and disable anti virus still nothing , I have a couple weeks left before  I can’t send the razer item back for refund so If no solution by then I’ll get my money back and stay away from any razer product.

Same problem here. i just bought the Tartarus Pro downloaded the installer and get the same error message.

I have the same problem. Tried every solution I could find online, nothing has worked. I built a new PC with Windows 11, using Razer keyboard and mouse. Tried installing without them connected, no firewall, admin mode, etc. no luck. makes me want to get new NON Razor peripherals.

garbage software from razer as usual. can’t believe such a big organisation has such trash software

Im also having this problem. It would be ok if the item wasn't useless without the program
