Why the heck i need to have installed mouse drivers, which cause lag. When modern mouse should have memory. Even if i close razer synapse dpi setting resets... Garbage brand !!!

Synapse causing lags? Strange...
Instead of disparaging the brand, care to elaborate on the lag you are experiencing so we can help you out? Please note that you can download Razer mouse drivers via Windows Updater, so you don't necessarily have to install Synapse unless you want to customize the device.
I had lots of stutters on my 9900KS and 2080 Ti rig using synapse... just to keep a static light on
unacceptable
I had to uninstall synapse... and then killed all the lights...
Edit:
I killed the lights but can't live w/o them... keyboard w/o light is a no-go for me since I used it for lots and lots of years... tried to see if I can live with that software...
simply... I have to agree with the tile of this thread... it is a COMPLETE crap!!!
stutters re-appeared...
THEN:
I completely exited/closed synapse... and still lots of processes ongoing...

this is completely outrageous!
Edit:
So if it is not possible to store the light on the device's memory, at least make the default profile with a static, RAZER-GREEN light (which is amazing by the way).
OR at least to allow users to install a firmware with a default green...
At least saving the default green light would be an option and let's say it worth being considered, due to massive complaints regarding the waving rainbow...
Also, before buying the keyboard, I asked the sales staff if it would be possible to store the light profile on memory, and they said a CLEAR YES to this question...
I would keep synapse on the background, but unfortunately too many processes are running and I experienced lots of microstutter during the games, although I have a decent machine - 9900KS and 2080 Ti.
Removing that software solves my microstutter problem.

Whoever told you that you can store lighting profiles on the device's onboard memory clearly made a mistake. If you have a case number for that, please send it over through PM. Also, setting a static color as the default lighting profile kind of defeats the purpose of showcasing the RGB lighting effects of the keyboard. I completely get your point though, but as far as I know, this feature is a work in progress.
The micro stutter issue you experienced when Synapse is running in the background concerns me the most. Did you notice any sort of trend to it, perhaps when a certain lighting effect or macro is on? Is this something you want to troubleshoot now?

the high load shown above was AFTER synapse was allegedly closed, but still 4 processes were in background after that! so the keyboard was default-default...
I was trying to use synapse just to keep a static light, not interested at all in macro & stuff...
anyways... after reading for days hundreds maybe thousands of posts on this forum, apparently there is NO solution, and, as many users confirmed already, the only REAL troubleshooting is to remove completely synapse and all the problems are gone
I think this says a lot, and should be giving some thoughts to the people who spend time and resources for this software, but in the end where is the satisfaction of their job, basically their purpose is null and their work serves to... nothing!
so... removed completely the software and killed completely the lights (by the way, brightness ZERO IS saved on memory, both on keyboard and mouse as well)
so this is how I keep my 350 Eur hardware in 2020!

thank you Razer!!!
I am not the only one who reports high loads of synapse, but apparently Razer staff don't give a damn on customers feedback...
if people want chroma and lights effects they should install chroma anyways, right?
so a default static could be installed...
or at least release a firmware just for that, and really, WHO is happy with the default waving stuff???
from the mechanic point of view, Razer is doing a really great hardware, mouse and keyboard feel amazingly good, I actually can TELL the difference from speed to optomechanical, kinda needed this bump from a while

You refuse to try to troubleshoot, and yet you insist that we don't care about customer feedback. Ironic isn't it? Send over a PM if you change your mind. I'm locking this thread for violating the House Rules. Please refer to https://support.razer.com/articles/1542533231 if you want to send feedback and feature requests for Synapse.
