Razer Synapse is making Genshin Impact crash

When ever I try to open Genshin Impact it gets to the warnings and logos and then closes to the launcher. I found that Razer Synapse was the problem because when ever I uninstall Razer Synapse and restart my PC, Genshin Impact opens and works fine. But when I reinstall Razer Synapse, the next time I launch Genshin Impact it does the same thing and crashes. The only way to open Genshin Impact is to uninstall Razer Synapse, but I want to keep Razer Synapse because I want to keep my lighting. Is there something I can do to stop this or is there an update that can be released to stop this problem from happening.
