Razer Synapse is not recognizing any games anymore.

Hello, I have now done everything I could think of, and I don't know what to do anymore. When I first got my keyboard, my razer chroma has recognized games without any problem. I got it all set up when I got my mouse, but then only a few days after I had gotten the keyboard, it had stopped doing so. Now it doesn't even work with Genshin Impact anymore, even though it did before. The only exception here is the game "OUTRIDERS". It does synchronize the lights, but still does not recognize the game. It doesn't show up in the software. I have tried everything I could. Unplugging, reinstalling synapse 3, checking for updates for both my OS and synapse, synchronizing synapse multiple times, and starting it as administrator. Nothing worked. I have also contacted the support and tried everything they recommended me to do, but nothing worked. Can someone help?
