Razer Synapse - Keyboard Lighting Help

Hello, So I recently bought a new Razer Blade 15, and I am running into an issue that when running Razer Synapse, my keyboard is using lighting settings from the "on battery" settings while the computer is plugged in. This problem gets fixed if I like the plugged in and on battery settings, but I didn't want to do that. Does anyone know why this is/how to fix it? Thank you!
