I don't think I'm alone on this but my razer software just keeps flashing the splash screen when I try to open any of them, I've tried uninstalling all my razer apps any ideas?
I did some digging, and I’m having that same issue. What’s causing it is the recent update. So, we’re gonna have to wait until they come out with a newer update that fixes this problem for Razer Synapse.
+1 guys, i’ve the same issue since the last update ! Uninstalling and fresh installs don’t help .. .

This is ridiculous. I’ve tried everything on their razer support. I’ve watched every single video, deleted temp files, clean install, I mean everything. My PC case, mouse, Keyboard and the Tartarus keyboard are all Razer.

The only thing working for me consistently is as follows:
- ISSUE - Razer synapse not recognizing my tartarus gamepad profile on startup; Synapse software not launching
- FIX - In Task Manager, End process on ALL Razer Synapse or related processes (including Chroma profiles for lighting etc.).
- Run as Admin, Synapse launches
Def seems tied to recent update, so we’ll have to wait :-(
