I am really hoping this is a bug and not intentional. Why in the world do i need to be connected to the internet in order for my keyboard and mouse to light up the way i want? You don't need to verify the license because they only work on physical peripherals made by razer. So if i have the peripherals and the software on my pc, why in the world can i not have my lighting effects when im offline? I would not have purchased these products if i knew this ahead of time. There are still people in the world with limited internet and this screws us over. If this is a bug, please fix it. I USED TO really like these products but this is the basics of the basics. I guess the 3rd option is im doing something wrong but i doubt that.

Razer Synapse will not store lighting profiles. It will only save key bindings, macros, etc. Ensure that the Razer Synapse is in the background, to use customized lighting effects. Once the Chroma profiles started, you can disconnect the computer from the internet and it should execute whatever Chroma lighting you've set to your devices. Refer to this link to learn more about our Chroma workshops.
