Razer Synapse macro not working when window is not active/foreground on desktop

I play a 3rd person MMo game and i Have Naga trinity mice when i want to record macro the window of the synapse must be active and not minimized or backround , otherwise not working , it records keybinds and mice binds only in synapse window is foreground i have Win 10 64 bit OS and Synapse 3.5.831.82315 vertion. How i can fix that?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your inquiry. Have you followed the steps here? Did you try applying a delay to help you switch windows and start recording the Razer Synapse 3.0 macro? Also, have you tried enabling the "Windows mode" on the game settings to disable the full-screen mode and tried recording the macro?

thanks for reply I allways play in Window mode and i allways set 3 sec delay to go to Aion window. i notice that is only posible for keybinds recording only when macro window is active cuz when i click out of window area an is not in front not working

Thanks for letting me know. Please send me the following: a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.) b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”). d. A video showing the issue while creating a macro. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
