After 3 days testing in wow with 6 different specs all use macros, so far my system is stable, the new patch fixed the issue for me.  Before this I always get 5-6 loops per day.  Hope it stays this way, will update further if I see anything else.

My macro still functioning stable currently, no loop issue.

But if players like me who switch profiles alot then Synapse 4 still a big headache to you.  There is a bug right now when I am switching profile from A to B or B to A the saved profile data is lost, all I got is an empty shell.  Only sure way to get it back is rebooting my system, very annoying when i need to switch to deff toon/game.  hopefully Razer team notice this and work on it soon.

I think you might just be luckier than most of us. Everyone I play with who uses Razer has experienced the system freeze at least once over the past few days. The probability does seem lower than in the previous version, but it still happens — for most of us it shows up about once every few days. So the issue clearly hasn’t been fundamentally fixed.

What’s even more strange is that Synapse on my computer actually rolled itself back to a version from January 2026. It looks like Razer might have realized they messed something up and started reverting versions. But even after the rollback, the issue still occurs. That makes me think the problem might be bigger than expected.

As for configuration files, I’ve already gotten used to exporting my profiles locally when using Razer products. Profile corruption or sync issues have unfortunately become pretty common. Whenever I finally finish setting up a profile properly, I export it to a local backup. If the cloud sync breaks something, I just import the local file back into Synapse.

When synaspse starts freaking out, if not sticking me in a loop… sometimes it causes specific keys to act non-responsive. (for me, specifically F and E keys.) However, if I reboot, these keys work normally again. No issues with a non-razer keyboard at all.

Somehow these things are connected.
