Razer Synapse Mouse Binds Not Working.

I have a Razer Naga Hex V2. I have a profile on Razer Synapse V3 that has changed the radial buttons (1-7) to be different functions, such as Mouse Button 4, Mouse Button 5, Macro's, etc. A few days ago the set button binds stopped working and have gone back to their default settings (hitting 1 outputs 1, hitting 2 outputs 2, etc). The sensitivity stages work just fine and I can change them in Synapse and the changes take effect properly. The mouse binds are the only thing not working. I have tried: 1. Switching USB ports. 2. Reinstalling Razer Synapse 3. Creating new profiles with different mouse button binds. None of those have worked. Anyone have any ideas as to what is happening/how to fix?
