Razer synapse new default profile?

Hi, I just got my new Naga Pro which came with Razer Synapse app. I am using the 6 button side panel and the default buttons are 1,2,3,4,5,6. I would like them to be instead 1,2,3,4, mouse 4 and mouse 5 while I am in windows explorer because the mouse 4 and 5 can be used as "back / forward" hotkeys when navigating through the folders. I have not found a way however to change those because Razer synapse does not detect windows explorer as app. Is there a way I can setup a profile as "default" profile when nothing else is activated?
