Razer Synapse no muestra el configurador de producto correcto

Tengo el teclado Razer Ornata Chorma version española que viene con la ñ. Tengo el problema que al querer configurar en razer synapse las teclas enter y shift no las toma. Solamente las puedo ver iluminadas con los que vienen en efectos rapidos. Y aparte en la imagen para configurar en synapse no me aparecen todas las teclas que incluye este mismo. Si alguno tiene alguna idea de porque sucede por favor que responda.

Thanks for the translating. Please check if your Razer Synapse 3.0 has an Alexa module installed. If there is and you are not using it, please uninstall and see if it helps.
