Razer synapse not detecting any devices.

I've got 3 devices that all support razer synapse but none of them will connect to the program. I've restarted / reinstalled the program a fair few times but nothing has resulted in it detecting anything. This is kinda annoying because I was funneling every device's RGB into one program and now I've gotta use 3 different programs to control my RGB. Does anyone know why the devices aren't being detected? The devices in question being: MSI Dragon Center (its a downgraded version that doesn't suck, updated versions never worked to connect to synapse), G.SKILL Trident Royal Z Ram and an AMD Wraith Prism cooler
