Razer Synapse not detecting my Kraken X headset.


Hello, can anyone tell me as to why is razer synapse not detecting my Kraken X razer headset? I've tried several ways to fix it, but it just won't detect it. (It should auto detect no?) Ways I've tried: -Repairing razer synapse -Reinstalling razer synapse -Unplugging and replugging (Been having this headset for months now) Information: -I'm on Windows 11 -Haven't log in THX Spatial -Didn't touch anything on razer synapse(cause I wasn't sure what to do and I thought it'd auto detect my headset, please lmk if I should do anything for it to detect my headset)

Razer Kraken X will be not detected in Synapse as it uses analog only cable (3.5 mm mini jack). Only USB headsets are recognised in Synapse.

@FiszPL is correct. Razer Analog devices are not compatible with Razer Synapse. However, you can use 7.1 Surround Sound software to maximize your headset's capacity.
