Razer Synapse Not Detecting USB 3 Ports

Whenever I plug in my Razer Viper to a USB 3 port, it's not detected in Synapse 3. There are no available USB driver updates, I have the latest version. My Deathadder Elite had no issue being detected with Synapse 2 while plugged into a USB 3 port.

    I don't this has anything to do with the USB 3.0 port. Let's check how your computer detects the mouse for starters. Please put up a screenshot highlighting the mouse on the Device Manager.

    There's way too many HID and Razer Vipers. I highly recommend that you uninstall all of that then run Windows Updater to get signed drivers.
