Razer Synapse Not Recognizing Razer Orochi V2

As the title says Razer Synapse can’t see my Orochi V2 that i just bought and i can’t change it’s DPI as i want. It also shows up in device manager only as HID-Compliant Mouse. Tried every fix with deleting Synapse and reinstalling it, rebooting and restarting my pc god knows how many times, deleting everything from Registry Editor, connecting via USB then Bluetooth and nothing made it show up nor in synapse nor in Device Manager.

 

I just want to change it’s DPI.

Try to update your mouse’s firmware. You can also use the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If the issue still persists, then drop me a message via PM along with its serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps.
