Razer synapse not working for me

rn i got a razer ornata chroma and wanted to change the color. i installed synapse and everything and i couldnt even get into the log in page and synapse didnt even load all of it is blank. i tried the troubleshooting methods like running as admin deleting it repairing it and that didnt work also. im wondering is it a update issue or something else? also im on a laptop with win 10 if you wanna look it up its a hp beats po30nr.

      and when i try to log in the log in screen is like invisible

          the same problem, but I bought a mouse and when I start synapse 3, the same picture

          I leave it there for like ever never changes just stays like that try setting admin all the stuff I keep trying but doesn’t work

          yes, in the services it says "the service is stopped" and when you try to start it, error 1068, which cannot be fixed

            Same here. The past four releases of the software have been completely broken after the initial installation. Upon rebooting, they have all failed to work.

            also can t start my razer software since some days. when i start, it pops up for some seconds and disappears immediatelly after. tried everything i could google, nothing helps. anyone knows how to fix this?

              Оn another free disk, I installed Atlas OS as a second system, installed synapse and it worked, starting from standard Windows 10, the settings were preserved, and now everything works, so you need to reinstall Windows or do as I did
