razer synapse not working on pc

so my issues started a week ago when i noticed my synapse was not working, i couldnt hear any sound from my headphones, so i tried coming off synapse on my sound setting, nothing worked, i reset my pc, still no sound, it doesnt react if i go into synapse and change settings, my mic dosnt work either, i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it clean and still nothing, please help i need sound on my pc. many thanks - Lilac

    Hello! Thanks for letting me know about your Razer Synapse issue. Were there any changes made to your system before the issue? Also, what version of your Synapse? What's your PC's operating system version too? If it's Windows, have you tried running the Windows sound troubleshooter? Please disable or close the Razer Synapse and see if the behavior persists.

    Check the sound control panel to see if your computer still detects the headset. Perhaps your PC did some kind of oogie boogie and made something else the default sound output magically. Happens to me on rare occasion whenever some software related to sound gets updated or installed. You could also try to uninstall razer synapse if the issue persists, synapse seem to be very broken atm. :S
