Razer Synapse problem

Hi! So, I've got a new PC. I set up everything and when I tried to install Razer Synapse 2 (which one I fell more comfortable and not gonna lie, I really think it's the best one) Nothing appears, like if I do not have any product. But i have a Deathadder Pro, Blackwidow (COD edition) and a Kraken v2(which one, for some reason NEVER shows on Razer Synapse, even the synapse 3. My Kraken uses a P-2 type, not a USB one. But idk why it doesn't shows up on synapse.) I really want to use the Synapse 2. Sorry for any english mistake, I'm not fluent at English.
