razer synapse problem

hello guys, I have a problem with razer synapse, when win10 loads an error screen opens regarding net.framework, yesterday I managed to solve, this morning when I turned on the pc the problem came back. it practically does not open synapse to manage keyboard and mouse ... I am attaching the two screenshots of the error. thanks for support

    Hi! So It looks like you may need to update your net. framework. In another thread a support member recommended following these steps to update it. Follow the video steps and hopefully you're problem is solved. Video link: Razer Synapse does not recognize or detect my Razer device.

      You will want to install the latest version of .Net Framework from here. I highly also recommend that you follow the video that @Teslamotorslover06 shared. If the problem persists, try to perform a clean installation by following this guide and send me your results via PM. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
