Razer Synapse Problem

I turned on my pc and synapse was installed, I've never installed this app it just showed up and ever since my headphones sound like trash. Almost sounds like I'm listening out of a bucket. I've tried to mess with the settings, restore em all to default as well. Nothing is working. Help?

    It is highly likely that you have the surround sound features enabled. I'd try to turn them off for starters. Should the problem persist, please send me a PM so I can help you further isolate the issue.

    how would I go about turning it off? I really appreciate the reply btw! That sounds more accurate to the problem I'm having.

    Open Synapse then click on your headset. PM me a screenshot of that window so I can help you out.
