razer synapse program for me mouse and keyboard failed to update
now I can't update the program or uninstall it..it won't open either

Try following this guide to uninstall and remove all the leftover files. Do note that we are currently investigating what's causing the app to not launch for some users. I'd appreciate it if you can send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32, along with your Synapse logs. Use this to collect the necessary log files. You can upload everything on GDrive and send me a shareable link.
