I was using synapse to see if my headphones where charging, but after an update the program won’t detect the headphones anymore.
I’ve tried to reinstall the device drivers but it still won’t connect.
Both the headphones and Synapse are update the most recent versions

Let’s try to repair your Synapse 3 software. You can also use the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool so you headset can be detected. If that didn’t work, then you can send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
