Yesterday, I finally received my Razer Kraken Ultimate in the mail.
I previously owned Razer Kraken Pro of 3 years.
The Left Ear suddenly died last week which prompted me to finally upgrade to the Ultimate.
To my horror, a brand new pair of Krakens is suffering the same issues I have experienced with the Pro's all these years later.
CRACKLING!
STUTTERING!

I've tried all types of troubleshooting over the years including the following

Changed drivers, disabled drivers and all types of settings but this Cracking, Stutter, Crashing persist
One of the reasons I have come to this conclusion is while waiting for my new Ultimate to ship, I bought a Logitech G432. A mid range headset im sure many of you are familiar with.
There was no crackling, stuttering, crashing.
I play Arma 3 and other Pc Shooters. It was common for me to crash after 2 full games in Arma 3, stutter to the point of 5fps then crash and most annoyingly have to sit through crackling noise while listening for foot steps or driving vehicles.
With the G432's all of this went away. My game sessions lasted for hours and no other interruptions occurred which is why I believe all this hassle I dealt with for years is related to the Razer Synapse Software.

At this point, i'm not sure what else I can do. I hope the information I have given hear can lead one of you to help me but as of right now, I am out of options.
I don't want to return the Ultimate's at all as I love the Razer design and brand but I fear I will have no choice to switch to another brand until Razer can address a fix for this issue Brand Wide.
100$ for a pair of headphones I can barley use is stinging me bad right now. Hopefully this forum can provide some help. Thanks.
