Razer Synapse Start problem with sync

So i installed Razer Synapse software and after all when im opening program it's show's only that window from screen below for two seconds then it disappear. Also folder where program is located is practicely empty. If it count's too, today i pluged new headphones ( razer kraken x ) what are recognized as speakers.

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried clean reinstalling the Razer Synapse? By the way, the Razer Synapse detects digital devices that use USB connection. Please install 7.1 Surround Sound so you can maximize its Surround Sound feature. Hey everyone! If clean reinstalling Razer Synapse didn't help, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
