I updated the Synapse software and now whenever I open the app, I get a blank screen. All I want to do is change the DPI of my Basilisk and the RGBs and I cant do that. The app was fine before the update, although I have a feeling it might be my system administrator blocking the update.

    Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? For now, isolate the behavior of your Synapse by performing a clean reinstallation. Do send me a PM, should the problem persists. I'll be locking this thread now.
