what mainbord are u guys using?…. ausu? 

yeap asus z690p ddr5. What you? Do you have problem with asus?

"Okay, I found a workaround to get my Razer Freyja working. Even if I restart Windows 11 or relaunch Razer Synapse, the Freyja just doesn't work on its own. Here is the solution I found by myself:

  1. First, completely close the Razer Synapse app by right-clicking the Razer icon in the system tray (bottom right corner) and selecting EXIT.

  2. Open the Windows Task Manager and search for "Razer".

  3. End these two services: Haptic and GameService.

  4. Now, start Razer Synapse 4 Beta, wait about 10 seconds, open Chrome or YouTube, and test your Razer Freyja.

I've been using this method for the last 3 days without any issues. Every time Windows restarts or the haptics stop working, this is the only solution that fixes it for me. Hope it helps!"

Razer Kraken V4 Pro have a problem working with asus mainboard(ROG Strix SCAR 18)that can’t be solved.

i  wonder whether frejya does the same.

I found toggle audio 2 haptics off then back on usually works. Same with Sensa.

yep….Synapse 4 or beta updated automaticlly on about 19-may。 

and i feel vibration on beta is a little greater than  on 4?for stable use,i keep 4.

i am using the beta program for a 1 month. i have no problem. sometimes i am doing stop the hapticservices.exe at task manager after restart the synapse and chroma.

The task manager solution been the go to fix for me too, better than nothing I guess. The wait continues….

is it a way we can ask for a refund for our freyja? seems like we should qualify for one since we can’t use it.

i’ve just had a long long conversation with a customer service rep. basically seemed to try to blame me and my hardware but i shut that down and informed him i have top tier specs and also let them know about all of you guys as well. i mentioned this forum for proof of how many unhappy people that arent able to enjoy their razer freyja. i would like to ask and recommend that you all also get on them about this. seems to me they arent aware. LETS SHED LIGHT ON THIS, TEAM!!
