Hi Razer,
My Razer Synapse fail to install. It stuck at 9% and there is an error message.
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system Administrator"

Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps. Also, let's try to isolate the behavior by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't work, do send me a PM.
