Razer Synapse won't save (surround sound) audio changes

Right. So I have a Razer Kraken (Pro?) Headset and every time I try to set my "Spatialization Mode" to "Surround Sound" or "Game Mode" it doesn't change the setting for some reason and always stays at "stereo", even when I refresh the site. I know that it works too because on my laptop it says... Well it doesnt show that it saved the setting but if i test it - even in stereo - I hear it in surround... It's kinda weird, and yes I have reinstalled it, tried different USB ports and stuff. Is my PC too bad? Am I missing something?

Were there any changes applied to your computer before the issue? Have you tried reinstalling the drivers of your headset? Please send me the serial number of your Kraken Pro via PM. That way, I can look into possible solutions and help you out better. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
