My Computer was having trouble updating razer synapse for while here. It would constantly said fail to update. Well I uninstalled the program from my computer when to reinstall it. I have the program downloaded to install, I click ready to install, the window pops up then disappears and on the bar on the bottom it also disappears. I am completely unsure of what to do now.

My mouse goes hay wire too how when I open up certain programs such as the snip tool and when I try to run videos on my computer.
