Please try installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool to remove all Razer-related files from your computer: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse. I'll be locking this thread now. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM.
