Razer Synapse wont uninstall or do anything else

Yes I'm using my own computer and I'm connected to the internet. I tried uninstalling after ending all the processes in task manager including the cortex processes. My antivirus wasnt doing anything either. (0xc00000e5) is the actual error it gives me

I tried downloading the log collecter and opening it but it gives me the same message, being unable to start correctly. This is only happening to synapse software

Ensure that the status is "Started" and the startup type" is set to "Automatic". Should the issue persists, please repair the Razer Synapse by following the step below:
