Razer Synpase 3 problem

Hello, I recently bought a Blackwidow Elite. Im really loving it so far but i have a tiny little problem. When i change the effect from spectrum cycling to something else (another quick effect) it applies the effect to the keyboard with no problem. But when i close Synapse 3 it resets the effect to spectrum cycling. I had the same issue with my old Blackwidow Chroma v1. I managed to fix it by uninstalling Synapse 3 and started using Synapse 2. I contacted Razer about this and they said my keyboard has hybrid memory so in order to use the quick effect Syanpse must be working. But when i asked my friend about this issue. He said that his last used effect stays on the keyboard even if the Synapse is off. Im really confused about this... Can you guys help me solve this issue? Here are some parts of the conversation. Thanks. Edit: My friend is using Synapse 3 with the same keyboard

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your Chroma effect concern on our Support board. This is normal behavior for Razer Synapse 3.0 compatible devices. If Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled/closed or the computer screen is locked, the Chroma settings of a device will go to its to default effect. If your device has on-board memory, it will save the key binding, DPI stages, and Macros only. By the way, Razer Synapse 3 will remain beta while gathering feedback from the community about new feature sets and UI until it reaches the final state. If you encounter any bugs with the software, report it using the Beta Feedback button on the dashboard or through this link.
