Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2018). Followed the instructions and downloaded the recovery image from Razer.
No matter how many combinations I tried, I always get Razer System Recovery "Only support running under WinPE" error
Here's what I tried:
- Downloading from different computers
- Different USB drives
- Different USB ports (all on the Razer Blade, no USB hubs)
- Different filesystems in the USB drive NTFS mostly since it's what is mentioned in the documentation but also FAT32.
- Updated laptop's firmware using the official updater: RazerUpdater_v1.1.1.3_CH510-MEv120811753v2.exe
I have no other way of contacting Razer support so I would appreciate if someone could explain how this can be solved and maybe even fix the system recovery zip or the instructions. There are various similar threads in this forum and reddit.
