RAZER Tarok Pro X by ZEN – Chair keeps sinking?

Hey everyone,

 

I have the RAZER Tarok Pro X by ZEN gaming chair, and recently it started slowly sinking down when I sit on it.

 

Does anyone know why this is happening? Could it be a problem with the gas lift?

If yes – has anyone here received a replacement gas lift from the company?

 

Any help or tips would be appreciated!
