Razer Tartarus V2 Profiles Randomly Stop

Hey everyone, I couldn't find this posted anywhere else - besides the general help guides for this. While playing, Razer profiles for the Razer Tartarus V2 stop working seemingly at random - turns back to the default profile and settings. I've noticed it most while playing Halo Infinite and any COD title and it has been happening on and off for over a year. What I've done: reset devices through Razer software settings; complete reinstall; unlink profiles from any games/programs; kept Synapse, Cortex, and Central up to date; used different USB ports; ensure all programs are running in task manager. After profiles stop working I return to the Synapse Keypad menu and choose the profile I want again and the buttons I've changed remain green but the profile is stuck in default. The other way this shows is a blank profile options dropdown, keymap, and no highlighted keys. At this point, I can not open the profile options dropdown and Synapse gets hung up and crashes. I force exit all programs and restart them (using "run as admin") and usually works for another 15-30 min. Any help would be appreciated. Please ask if anything needs clarification. Thanks!
