Razer TE mode "game" in settings not working

My story was starting when i listening music and restarting my computer at the same time. And after that my headphone on "game" mode in windows settings not working. I am talking about when in settings "game" mode is on i dont have sound. But when "chat" is only on, i must to do max "chat" sound on thx and i will hear ok. Sorry for my Eng) But i have a problem and it is my last way to repair my headphones.

    Hello there! Have you tried uninstalling the drivers and then restart your system? Let me know if it helps.
