Hi all I am trying to understand that why my headset isn't charging at all was working couple of days ago, ive checked the cable and plug they both are fine. I was wondering what would be the better solution? Any tips or ideas much appreciated.

    Have you tried charging it with a different micro USB cable? For now, please send me the serial number via PM. I'll be needing it to verify its model and look into possible firmware-related solutions. Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
