Razer Thresher 7.1 something rattles in left ear cup

Hello i was playing a game and at a moment a heard a sound from inside left ear cup! I checked that when i shake the headset something seems to moving in left ear cup, it rattles. The headset did not fell down, no crash etc. The sound plays OK. I put out the soft part and didn't see anything What happened, what can i do?

    Could be a screw that came loose or a broken piece of plastic. PM me a video detailing the issue and the serial number of the headset. I'll take it from there.
