Razer Thunderbolt 4 dock with RZ09-0357

Dear All,
I wasn’t well advised when I purchased a Thunderbolt 4 that is listed incompatible with my Razer Book 13” RZ09-0357 without possibility of a refund.
My Thunderbold 4 isn't recognized even with Synapse 3 installed.
Anyway, I’m not looking at all the Chroma tricks that provide the Thunderbold 4, and before reselling, I was wondering if I could benefit of the Ethernet and USB possibilities, including a connexion with my large BENQ PD3200U-T screen that has a thunderbolt input ?
