Dear Razer Support Team,
I recently purchased the Razer Thunderbolt Hub, expecting it to complement my workstation setup both in functionality and aesthetics. However, I was quite disappointed by the design choice regarding cable placement.
The power cable connects at the back, which makes sense, but for some reason, the Thunderbolt cable to the computer is positioned at the front. This design is both illogical and visually unappealing. For a premium product in this price range, I believe such details should have been considered more carefully.
I specifically chose your hub to create a clean and minimalistic setup, but now I am forced to deal with a front-facing cable that disrupts the entire aesthetic. This feels like a significant oversight in an otherwise well-designed product.
I wanted to share my feedback in the hope that future iterations of the hub will take such concerns into account. If there is any workaround or alternative product that solves this issue, I would appreciate your advice.
Best regards
