Hey right now the audio control you need to turn it on and then switch every app from stereo to surround sound. And i have all apps i see on surround, but I still get the audio quality switching when I have other music playing in background and I use another app.

Like my music is playing, and I used another app that had a beeping sound. Suddenly the music sound would change to something, maybe it become stereo or something.

Can you guys make it into only one switch? On or off? This has been annoying me for one year and this problem is still not fixed. You guys cant cover all of the apps obviously, but can you guys make it a separate at least? Someone can choose like all THX spatial and some can choose to separate? Have like a switch to open up "set for each app" or to "use THX for all apps" please?

I have the razer nari ultimate, and I think this is a problem for all THX supported products if they are using the THX. Maybe people dont ask this questions because it doesnt affect discord, youtube, or any games that is known. But in my case it does affect my Netease Cloud music when I use Wechat PC version. Or if you guys can add a better solution to Wechat PC version since whenever that app beeps, the sound changes on my Netease Cloud music and the change in music quality is kinda annoying.

As you can see, i have Netease Cloud music on but it shows as "off" but I dont know if thats the problem. But whenever Wechat PC ver. beeps the music just changes quality but I am not sure what it is changed to.



P.S. I have had so many razer products, I never bothered to sign up for the support since they never broke out on me so dont say I dont have razer products if you dont see them in my acc.
