Razer Tiamat 7.1 V2 Disconnection Issue

7-04-2021, I was playing Overwatch when the headset randomly shut down with a pop sound through the speakers. I tried clean installing the software, plugging the USB in different jacks but this all lead to a new issue : The headset would run for about 30-60 seconds before shutting off in the same fashion. I tried plugging the headset USB in a USB 2.0 port, 3.0 port, 3.1 port etc. I also have updated Windows and its drivers, restarting several times. Every time I faced the same issue of it shutting down in 30-60 seconds. Uninstalling the device 'Realtek(R) Audio' from device manager had no luck either.
I tried contacting Razer support via email but they haven't replied in days :/
In its current state, I am facing the same issue. I tried uninstalling synapse and trying to run it plug and play but that didn't work either.
I read up that my headset may have cable issues. I tried holding the cable in the same place but the device still disconnected. I am certain that it is not a cable issue because the headset shuts off after a certain time with a pop sound even when the headset and desk are untouched.

A video showing the issue above : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eP22MOkMkvKWS3vmeLrrMo9ABpojvZPH/view
A video is not the best way to show the issue but that's the best I can do.
The headset shut down a minute after the video ended (for the third time)
Did you get any resolution to this? My girlfriend is having the same issue and we have reinstalled her OS, reinstalled every driver relating to her headset, tweaked the driver settings, reinstalled synapse, uninstalled all software and turned off every sound device but it still keeps happening. Noticed tonight that the rgb shuts off and goes white and then shuts off again and comes back with rgb everytime she loses sound. I just don't know wtf to do at this point.
Support tried contacting me through Reddit and resolving my issue. Unfortunately all their tips did not work because the problem was with my headset not getting enough power.
Have you checked -
If the headset works on a different PC (need not have 7.1 support)
If the headset works with a powebank providing power.
If the headset runs without synapse.
Also I think our issues may not be the same, your headset reconnects right? Mine stays disconnected.
i already bought 3 headset bc of this dumb thing
