[Razer Tomahawk NUC + 3080 FE] Need to adjust my Fan settings (Details in Thread)

Within the Intel NUC BIOS the fan settings can be changed. The question I have is whether or not changing this will affect the Razer Tomahawk Case Fans or if they are linked to this. I need to manually adjust my PCs fans as I'm not satisfied with the Case fans turning on at 50C. I want to adjust this to have the fans constantly on when the PC is in use. The NUC itself also has a fan, I am unsure if the BIOS settings only affects the NUC's fans but not the case fans. I know it's possible to control my GPU's fan but I lack the know-how to do so. If a third party tool like MSI Afterburner is required to control my fans manually I'd like a guide that can get that situated properly. (The cooling is fine out of the box but I want to maximize it's potential, noise levels aren't an issue for me personally, and due to this having only air cooling I'd like to make sure I'm getting the best I can out of it.) If you need any elaboration on anything, please ask.

    Because I cannot edit my post, I decided to reply. After the latest Windows Updates and a complete shutdown (I had went to bed afterwards), I started up my PC and my Exhaust Fan stopped spinning. The intake is fine, so it's still pulling air from both sides but nothing is being exhausted out the top. Nothing is in the way of my fan. When I started Windows the fan spun briefly before stopping completely. I applied the "Optimized Defaults" in the NUC BIOS and the same has continued. I'm not entirely sure what to do here. (My mistake, I can edit my post, I didn't see it under the post until after I posted.)

    Bump - The issue has persisted, my exhaust case fan (the one on the top of the system) is not functioning properly. The fan spins for a brief period of time upon startup (like a moment) and completely stops. Nothing is physically stopping it, it has been working fine previously, this is a software related issue, I need to change my fan settings and or completely reset them. What do I do? This is a rather expensive system and I am growing weary due to the lack of support for it. The Contact Support section of the website does not have a section for "Razer Cases" so I cannot ask for support for my system there. It has been nearly two days now. EDIT: I installed MSI Afterburner due to the lack of responses on this subject, the fans on both the NUC and GPU can be adjusted however the exhaust fan on the case cannot be controlled this way. I am unsure if I can control that fan at all or whether or not a Synapse update would be required to control this (I'd imagine it wouldn't be hard to implement seeing as we can control the lighting, it seems like a strange omission given many Cases have this feature).
